Goal: Bringing NS more into the picture as an employer and to show all kind of job possibilities when you want to work for NS.

A selfie could be taken via tablets, after which visitors could model themselves virtually in a NS function; from conductor to kiosk employee, security guard or IT employee. There was a choice of six different disciplines within the NS that indirectly symbolized the versatility of the NS as an employer. The avatars were emailed to the participants who could then share their "virtual ego" within their (social) networks.
